This is my submission for Illustration Friday's topic of "Frozen", although this little Inuit girl seems fairly cozy all snuggled up in her parka.

This whole illustration has an icy, translucent quality. Did you do it all on the computer, or did you paint some of the textures in the background? Just curious ... :)
